K-12 MINDFULNESS AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT CLASS LINEUP:
-  1 week of breath as my anchor
2 weeks of present moment awareness and                  concentration skills
2 weeks of mindful listening development
2 weeks of awareness and regulation of emotions
2 weeks of empathy of self/others with teamwork
2 weeks of growth vs fixed mindset and resilience
2 weeks of gratitude and looking for the good
2 weeks of intentions and goal setting
2 weeks of mindful movement
Learning through games and activities involving mindful awareness. Classes run for 17 weeks.

Classes are held once a week, are 45 minutes long and run for a 17 week semester.
